Common questions

Short answers, no fluff.

How often will I hear from you?

Once a week, Tuesday morning. That's it. No drip campaigns. No upsells.

What's actually in it?

New leagues added to the directory, registration deadlines coming up, tryout dates, and seasonal planning prompts. Practical Triangle sports info — youth and adult.

Do you sell my email?

No. The list lives in one file. I'm the only one who sees it.

How do I unsubscribe?

Reply to any issue with 'unsubscribe' and you're off the list. Or email hello@thesportsplanner.com.

Is this just for parents?

No. Adult leagues — tennis, pickleball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, running — get covered too. If you play in the Triangle, this is for you.
